I started my career in the corporate world as an intern at 17 years old. I was so naïve and unsure of how the world worked, but over the last 16 years, I learned a lot of hard and critical lessons. I had some amazing moments. I led a team and gave a TEDx talk that made me soar with confidence. I had some crushing setbacks too. I experienced project failures and worked in challenging environments that caused me to doubt myself. 

The world has awakened to the necessity of including more women in all levels of leadership, but we need to hear from each other on how to create success despite the obstacles. Throughout my career, I have diligently worked at becoming more confident in my own skin. We receive so many messages that tell us that we are less than and are not enough, and I hope to be a voice that reminds you that you are worthy, you are capable, and you can do this!
