Elisa Torres is a leader in the health care industry with passion and conviction for building those around her. She has held roles as a sales executive, commercial educator, and marketing professional. Elisa studied marketing at The College of New Jersey and has spent the past 16 years honing her craft, which has led to much innovation and transformative change in her workplace.

Elisa hails from the most loving and generous Puerto Rican family. If she can leave the world a better place for them, she will have fulfilled her life’s calling. Elisa’s faith as a Christian is the foundation and strength of her life and guides her in navigating personal and career challenges.

Her youth was marked by significant financial and emotional loss, which inspires her to pursue greatness and to cultivate it in those around her. Elisa serves her community through speaking and hosting conferences in homeless shelters, fundraising and creating awareness for anti-human trafficking organizations, and encouraging everyone she can to live life to its fullest. 

Elisa has lived and worked on 3 continents. The most formative being her time spent in Singapore learning about the Asia Pacific region and digging into the food scene. Her indisputable favs are xiao long bao (dumplings) and chili crab. Elisa is currently working as a Global Director at Johnson & Johnson while pursuing her Executive MBA at The Wharton School. In her free time, you can find her spoiling her nieces and nephews or curled up with a good book.
